Shipping Policy 

We ship goods either with Australia Post or courier. Delivery is 2-5 working days for major capital cities and 5-10 working days/business days for Perth and rural areas. The local shipping zone is our local delivery freight service. It is at our discretion whether we deliver these goods or use a third-party courier service. Delivery time is calculated from the time the goods are dispatched from our warehouse or our supplier’s warehouse. We only ship within Australia. All orders will be shipped within 1-5 Business Days depending on stock levels. 
Orders are dispatched from Gold Coast or directly from our supplier’s warehouse and delivered by Australia Post or Courier during normal business hours. A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. With this in mind, it’s best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible. 

Please note that the above is a guide only as set out by our delivery service carriers. Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer. Fixed Price Pool Services cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Occasionally, delays may occur with our carriers that we have no control over. In these circumstances, Fixed Price Pool Services will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred. 

Customers must ensure that they enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering or check the details on the emailed receipt if the order is placed by phone. Should you enter the wrong address, Fixed Price Pool Services is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. 
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 72 hours (about 3 days) by email or phone. 
If for any reason, we are unable to ship within 14 working days we will notify you by email or phone within that period. 

All orders over $200 will be offered free shipping for all metro areas. If the delivery location is not in metro areas, there will be a flat rate shipping cost of $20 for up to 25Kg. If over 25Kg will be an additional $35. 

Fixed Price Pool Services is a Gold Coast based retail and service business. We offer an installation service to all Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs only. Contact us on 0431 307 898 for any queries regarding installation and Installation suburbs.   

Returns Policy 

Fixed Price Pool Services offers 14 day refunds on all purchases 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Fixed Price Pool Services; you can return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for refund or store credit. 

  • You must contact us within 14 days of purchase to obtain RAN (Return Authority Number) in order to return the item. 
  • The returned item has to be unused in its original condition and in original packaging. 
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. 
  • The customer is responsible for the return freight costs. * 
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment within 5 business days. 

* For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items the restocking fee is not applicable and return freight costs are covered by Fixed Price Pool Services. 

Product Warranties 

All products sold at Fixed Price Pool Services come with a manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product please email info@fixedpricepoolservices.com.au with any details and photos. Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to assist you with the problem. If needed, we will lodge a warranty request with the manufacturer on your behalf and someone from the manufacturer’s aftersales team will be in contact with you to resolve the issue. 

Fixed Price Pool Services does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Fixed Price Pool Services expressly disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. 

If the item has to be returned to Fixed Price Pool Services, manufacturer or manufacturer’s warranty agent in order to be serviced or replaced under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping, handling or transportation charges of the product.
