When purchasing a house, a pool is a big investment, we can come and inspect the water and equipment. Please note these pre-purchase inspections do not cover any structural advice – these will have to be sourced through building inspectors.

Sand filters require their media to be changed approximately every 5 years. When filter media becomes old it clumps together meaning the water can’t filter through properly. By changing the media, it allows effective filtration, keeping your water clear.
